I'm regularly using Firewall App Blocker whitelist mode while excluding svchost.exe and my internet connected without any issue But recently my PC couldn't resolve any DNS when excluding svchost.exe. I had to include the executable Any solution to block svchost.exe but still possible to connect to internet without any of these kind of problems?
Aren't dns lookups one of many things handled by svchost.exe? It's hard to see what else you might expect.
