Saw on the news that the owner of this jet car crashed it last Friday and was killed. Video of the crash is online, but the video below is what he was known for.

I saw him do this stunt (chain a car to the back and melt it) years ago at a different racetrack and it was amazing (but scary) to see. RIP Doug Rose.
