There to many limitation running Windows 7 from USB Drive. Mainly you could use that USB Drive only on that computer you used for installation. You also need to activate Windows 7 on that machine. Windows 8 To Go didn't has that limits and you could easy use on any machine with all functions.
Even "windows 8 to go" need activation on other machine... Its designed for corporate users, where KMS activate it....
