    Hello everyone I have a newbie question, I'm trying to create a Multi-OEM DVD but I am stuck where it says to add Uncompressed Oembios Filesets? How do I make one or get it from? I have all the Oembios files to be added but they are compress like OEMBIOS.BI_ OEMBIOS.CA_ OEMBIOS.DA_ OEMBIOS.SI_. Do I just rename the file extension to their uncompressed format? Or there is a tool for that? o_O

    Thank you

    They can be decompressed by 7-Zip.

    Hi folks,

    WinXP_MULTIOEM_Addon_UpdatedbySushil1576.7z
    not working with my MSDN Retail Czech localized ISO.
    cs_windows_xp_professional_with_service_pack_3_x86_cd_x14-80416.iso

    With English Retail works perfectly.
    en_windows_xp_professional_with_service_pack_3_x86_cd_x14-80428.iso

    My procedure:
    1) extract ISO to folder
    2) completing Oembios uncompressed filesets
    3) Run RaynVM Integrator
    4) Make ISO & bootable USB stick
    5) Change PID from
    [Pid]
    ExtraData=786F687170637175716954806365EF
    Pid=76389000
    to
    [Pid]
    ExtraData=786F687170637175716954806365EF
    Pid=76487OEM
    6) testing on motherboard with moded BIOS
    img198.imageshack.us/img198/3633/6kzl.png (EN ISO)

    Any ideas how to fix it? o_O

    Use nLite like this? msfn.org/board/topic/23841-integrating-mui-pack/?p=168313

    1) EN retail ISO, convert to OEM
    2) nLite custom config + MUI prompt command + copy MUI files to Win folder
    3) RaynVM MultiOEM
    4) integrate DP
    5) make ISO

    I have a doubt, I have a Toshiba with corresponding CRC A16F9D62, which is compatible, I want to install on an XP Home Edition fully updated until August, I already have the WinXP_MULTIOEM_Addon_UpdatedbySushil1576, and the corresponding Oem bios files, my question is this, I need to unzip the Winxp_MultiOEM and insert the corresponding bios of my machine and 7zip it again, but in each folder do I leave the OEM FILES? on the root?

    I have finally made it, I had to transform a retail to an OEM Home Edition XP, and now I have a fully pre activated Home Edition, but the weird is that it didn't copy all the oem logos to the Windows Folders, so I had to do it manually but no problem, it's working it's legally activated and that is what manners

    Good you got sorted out, yes that seems to be a problem with some manufacturers logos e.c.t not getting copied. Or more to the point they do get copied but are not set as default.

    This works great, but sometimes it fails to find string and activate wondows, so i get 30 days warning period after install is complete. Well then i use dmi_tattoo boot cd and tattoo bios with HP string, but then i must install windows all over again to activate it...

    So my question is if this cd fails to find an activation string and i end up with 30 days trial period, i can use tattoo method and tattoo it with hp string but how can i make it to recognize new string without formating and installing it all over again ?
