Wouldnt it be easier to extract all the files from the ISO and use vLite to make a bootable ISO image instead?

cd.image.exe or cdimage.exe? And make sure you can see cdimage.exe when you do directory listing.

    Vista Bootable DVD settings

mostly the same info as above !

copy DVD contents to C Drive (ie: C:\Vista)

download cdimage.exe from net (sry, link gone)

copy cdimage.exe to current user folder ie:

    XP - C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator

    Vista - C:\Users\Administrator

    then use this command line

    cdimage -m -u2 -bC:\Vista\boot\etfsboot.com C:\Vista\ C:\Vista.x86.iso

    working perfectly

    (tested 100x + )
