    Hi why I cannot install this update Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3147458) ? I tried both windows update and the offline installer still no joy.
    after running the offline installer when my laptop restart then it says cannot install updates.
    can you help me on this please.
