Current preferred method for setting up KMS server?

    A while back I was able to setup a KMS server for activating separate windows machines from my server 2016 install. I am trying to do this again, but I can't remember how I did it and what I used. What is everyones preferred method these days? I have a server 2019 vm running that will host the KMS server.
