might be you have removed startmenuexperiencehost appx package via ntlite which will result in start menu error after you uninstall third party start menu tool.
How is possible to see them or have them, if you said in this post, you have uninstalled them? Consequently, you haven't removed or uninstalled them, and you've probably damaged your Windows as well.
