As the title says, will I be able to deactivate Microsoft toolkit, update not activated Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 and then use the new toolkit (when it comes) to activate Windows 8.1 or will I have to do a clean install? I'm asking this because it's impossible to update Windows 8 via the store if it's KMS activated.
