I coded a little program than can delete almost any file on Windows. It is not malware, but because it changes two system files to enable driver test mode without a desktop watermark av's could flag it. For instance, Kaspersky objected to it's "behavior". Be advised that you will have to disable secure boot to use it. Anyway, you can find it at ProDelete.com. Hope you like it.
Since I can't justify paying Microsoft to sign a kernel driver at this point, at least until I find out if there's any interest, driver test mode is required which is not compatible with secure boot.
Mine is also secure boot, and I expect so are the majority of Windows 10 systems. I'd therefore advise that you make this clear in your OP to avoid any complications.
