    I think your request would stand a better chance if you post it in the right sub-forum/thread here.

    Being a new member shouldn't be a problem posting there. Are you trying to start a thread here? If yes, it won't work, because nobody can start a new thread there - its locked.

    Instead you have to use an appropriate sub-forum which for you is probably this (but check to make sure). Surely you can post there!

    But first, you should read this (the letters in bold).

    If you post at the right sub-forum and follow the rules above, I m sure someone will take a look at it ;)

    how long does it usually take for someone to reply?

    Well, you did your part - now you will have to wait and see. Can't really tell how long is it going to take or even if someone will have the time to deal with your request.

    MDL support is not a paid service; it is run out of people's good will. So, as you said, try and be patient. Hopefully someone will have a look at it ;)
