Hello, i have problem with my DELL Latitude E4310 laptop, after successfully upgrading my bios revision x22 (dont know why not AXX), after reboot i got black screen and nothing happens i tried A06 bios version from official dell website. How can i recover my bios or what should i do to make him work again. BTW i cant extract hdr or rom file from any of this model bios versions in dell website, just nothing happens after i write -writehdrfile in cmd(nothing happens) or Dos(unknown command) Also phoenixtools writes me cant extract hdr file increase memory to 640/xxxx/xxxx right click-> properties, but i cant find that memory properties on my windows 7 64bit Can someone extract that hdr for me or give me instructions of how to do that Thank You very much!
