    Good evening,
    i have a serious problem here. After I removed Dell Security Manager app, my E6410 BIOS A11 started to show a pre windows (BIOS) password message, and I never configured one.
    My serial number is 3YZ4DQ1-1F5A.
    One more question: after the master password, the correct is to type Enter or CTRL+Enter?

    Hello!

    first, i wanna say thanks to people helping here.

    i have a Dell latitude E6410, Service Tag: 5ZN94Q1-2A7B i need the administrative password.

    i found a scipt on Google, this generates the code: x2ziu5DjGSP68MxN but don't work.
    I will be very grateful if you can help me.

    After I write the password, I can't login the SafeGuard Easy v4.50.3. It said: login faild. :(

    Hi! I have dell d630 latitude with service tag: HJVLY3J-595B, dell.exe program calculate password: 413dyaw5 but it do not work... system message:

    This computer system #HJVLY3J-595B , is protected by a password authentication system. You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password.

    Can you help me?
