I have an Inspiron 700m that is locked. I have the password, but it does not work. Any ideas?

 

This is an older Inspiron 700M Pentium M.

 

Any ideas? I can't find the chip on this thing.

There is a password, "protecting" (locking) my BIOS.
I found here through google and hope you can help me!

Can you help me out?
