    even when you boot while holding down F12 you don't get no options?

    when pressing F12 the option are here:

    LEGACY BOOT:
    Onboard NIC
    Internal Hdd
    OTHER OPTIONS:
    BIOS Setup
    Diognostic
    Intel (R) Management Engine BIOS Extension (MEBx)

    there is no option to boot from cd because they disable it but i can access the bios the problem is i cant edit it because it is lock also...

    I have been on the phone with Dell for over 45 minutes trying to get the code (master password) for my laptop and everyone thay gave me (4 in total) did not work!? Anyone know the master password for the service tag G34MR1S-595B.

    whats the bios version? (i bet its not A16 or A15)
    the filename for HDR is RIS***.HDR (the *** is the version like A16)
    try it in usb and no battery or power.. hold END and plug in power cord, then it should flash.
    TAKE HDD OUT in case it PWD locks it.. seen it happen a lot.
