dell latitude d630 master password

I have a latitude d630 bios version A17 s tag# DGSQ3G1 there is no 595 or anything after # bios has password on it so i cant change boot order or anything else. is there a master password for this? any help much appreciated

Hello can someone help me with my password its a Latitude D630, service tag: F6QJD3J-595B ?

What a nightmare this laptop has been I've had it for about 2 years took the bios chip out to reprogram with no success then 2 legs snapped off the chip so i had to really work at it to get the legs soldered I'm glad it still comes on tho, if any one can help it would be much appreciated.

can someone help me get master password for my dell latitude 630, service tag: 7P1NF3J
i saw some people were writing here longer tags with "-", but i have only such short tag in my bios and in back of computer

EDIT:
my sistem number is: 7P1NF3J-595B, just in case if needed
i opened notebook, located batery and disconected one cable that go to mother board (from battery). waited a few minutes. and i got only date mixuped, admin bios password is still there. so i guess i would need to take batery out, not just disconect cable (i was reading battery replacement guide, i was reading batter replament guided that had in one of last spet mentioned that you remove cable that go from battery to mother board, but i guess i would still need to take battery out, perhaps bios stuff aint on MB ? ).....but befoere i do this i will first try if you can get me master admin password, becouse i dont want to lose all bios settings
