I'm trying to unlock a Dell E6400 with Service Tag 9LN35L1 with -2A7B and bios-pw.org gives IYGRPetIC4Uyj2o3 but it does not work? Any ideas?

 

Can I ask why you need this? And what can you do afterwards?

the bios version is at the moment a little problem because the notebook is in parts dont ask...before I found this forum I read about the d600 and the 24c02 chip and wanted to reset so the password...but my d630 doesnt have a 24c02 chip so by searching for the right chip a discovered this forum so my first mission to get the dell back in one piece
i will get back when I try this password...

I have a D630 with an admin password and have tried dell.exe with no luck. Is there another app that I can use. Ive never had a problem with the app before. I've used it many times. I buy machines at auctions and most of them are from a sheriffs dept. with higher security. I have also tested the keyboard to make sure the characters are correct.

Anyway my ST is 5Z5TSJ1-595B & A15 bios. I've tried 7vkx184e with no luck.
