Referring to 5z5tsj1-595b that I cant unlock from a few posts before:

Cannot get it to work... Tried all USB ports. Bios is A15 right now.

held end/Power while plugging in, Battery light is orange, let go of "end", runs for a couple seconds while flashing orange and green(flash sequence = GOG_O_GOG_O), and then it shuts off. Any suggestions?

Hey guys shot in the dark, I just purchased this laptop from a friend because they forgot the password. They had income taxes burning a hole in their pockets and bought a new laptop.

The laptop is 10x1n1 express service code 2232299917 system # 10x1xn1-2a7b

I tried it 3 times with the integrated keyboard and twice with a known good usb keyboard.

I then double checked the info I gave you and found out that I mistyped the service tag which I will now type as written:

10X1XN1 express service code 2232299917 and system # 10X1XN1-2A7B

I can't explain how I excited I was when I saw your response! Thank you very much for helping out.

Awesome! ctrl enter did it. After entering the key guys, hold left ctrl and press enter simultaneously. Screen wigs and you are now reset.
