    Please can any one help I have bought a second hand laptop it's a latitude e6410 and need to fix the operating system, I cannot boot from cd because the bios is locked.
    my system number is 9H4DYN1-2A7B

    Okay. I did visit that site,but the problem I'm having is,that after entering the wrong pw (3) times, I don't receive a error code, but some type of symbol. HP bios - Locked13.jpg
