    hello, my neighbor asked me to fix his laptop. asking for system or administrator password which he doesn't know. can someone please help me.

    found and used program "dell.exe"
    password worked but now it's asking for "Hard Drive" password

    edit2...
    lol, im such a noob. figured i try and use the same program for the hdd pasword and what ya know..it worked :eek:
