I flashed your bios file. When i attach power jack, the computer's power button lights. After that when i press this button, the computer fan work for 3 4 second and stop. So i pressed power button and attached power jack, and monitor turned on and on the monitor show bios version a16 and diagnostic mode. But after that computer want password JRFVVM1-1F5A.
so bios needs older version... i can try to get friends E6410 and flash A10A04 and make copy of both chips for you.. lots of work. the main issue is the smaller EC chip needs fresh non passworded dump. or passworded older A10 bios uses older easy to remove code. i see you already tried the ones wallyoz7 gave you hmmm... i believe his is the Intel video chip while yours is the Nvidia ? ( my friends E6410 is the intel video chip not nvidia!!) wont work the small chip configures different, needs dump from nvidia video board. ( try asking in insanelymac .. they use nvidias for os x.. but dunno who might have a programmer.. likely none.. or ask biosdepot on ebay if he sells you the bin files for the chips) also he has WD hard disk in boot order.. you have corsair CS = reset cmos batt.
Yes, my laptop with nvidia nvs 3100m. Thank you very much for your helps. I was using this laptop with ssd disk. I resetted cmos battery, but the password's position is on the pre-boot order, i think because these settings cannot change in ec chips. Thank you very much again
very few people have that generator. you could buy the bios chips for about $30.. the bin file cheap or free if found online.
well guess what im buying today for my grandma.. E6410 ill see if he has a nvidia version and ill dump backup both chips. he has 1 E6410 and ill check in bios if its nvidia.
good news... i got Nvidia e6410. desoldering and making backup of chips (edit) right now. i dont get good results with my broken test clip
when i flashed all bioses without service tag, the laptop doesn't boot, but i run the computer in diagnostic mode, after that the laptop want same code jrfvvm1-1f5a. The bios version a09
oki.. so no go with no svctag EC bin. did u flash the plain EC bin.. or are you just flashing bios.bin not EC.bin ? did you reset cmos batt when u flashed EC ?
Yes, in the desoldering and soldering process, cmos battery was disassambled. First i tried EC bin with no service tag and reflashed w25q64bvssig with file that you dumped. I run computer but it didn't start. And i started in diagnostic mode(when i press power button attached power plug and after 2 3 seconds release the power button). And The computer started and i saw bios version it was A09 but and same error JRFVVM1-1F5A. After that i flash ec file that i modified with my service tag and same error. I think that on the main board have a security chip and copy the service tag automatically when i run the diagnostic mod. When i run computer in the normal mode, the fan wrks 3 4 second and stop the computer. I must search in the schematic file of e6410 of this security chip...
if you flashed the EC in w25q64bvssig its wrong as the 64 chip is Bios.. w25q32bvssig is for EC which is on the bottom next to ram Compal Dell Latitude E6410 (Discrete) schematic, NCL01 LA-5472P Dell Latitude E6510 (UMA) schematic, NAL20 LA-5571 Dell Latitude E6510 (Discrete) schematic, NAL22 LA-5573P
