Hi all, I started my topic in the wrong section so I will try again here. Hope my English is sufficient enough to understand I'd like to change the Dell splash screen to an Alfa Romeo logo. The Dell splash tool won't work on my bios, allready updated from BIOS version A02 to A09, still no luck. Allthough I do know something about computer, I've no experience with HEX and BIOS modding: Did try to understand it but it's way to complicated to learn for a one time adjustment.. Thereby I hope one of you experts can help me out here. The logo is allready (hopefully correctly) converted to an 8bit BMP and is added to the "dellsplash.rar" below. -Manufacturer: Dell -Motherboard Model: Unknown, It's an Dell Optiplex 780 -Bios revision: BIOS version A09 -Bios Type: Phoenix BIOS -BIOS EXE, RW everything report and BMP: gerdine-hoeve DOT nl/dellsplash.rar (can't post links till I'm above 20 posts...) IF the Alfa Romeo logo isn't possible or really hard to do, a complete blanc (black) screen is also okay. But I can impress friends the most with an AR logo ;D
