Sorry, I fashed my system (6400/e1505) with each file several times before releasing but I will double check that file again though. I have flashed my system with all thre files for the 6400 without incident.....

I see, although the hdr file unzips fine, when packed back in the installer it extracts corrupt, tried two different versions of gzip. I suppose the safest would be to build you a Dos pack where it extracts directly from the gzip which seems to extract fine...

robertz, I downloaded both the dos pack and Win/Dos for the 6400/e1505 (never used my own copies), first flashed back to A15 bios to be sure it actually flashed (each time from Dos) and tested both flashers. Both times I checked and had my full M09 SLIC tables again afterwards,
All I can suggest is maybe try deleting your copy, clearing your browser cache and downloading again...
    Best of luck,
    -Shakey

haha awesome :D! Well, I don't got much to lose... I'm under warranty :). If anything goes wrong, I'll just say I was upgrading my bios off the website and what not :).
    THANKS! I'll report back :)

Thanks for your suggestions and patient tests, much appreciate that.

I believe the dos file is OK as every 6400 user in this thread reported no incident except me:(.

I'll follow your suggestions later and post my result.

If you have a CD Drive you could use the DOS package with a MS-DOS Boot CD.
