    Hello Everyone! I have a few questions about my situation to which maybe someone can help
    I'm running a Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P board with Vista Ultimate on a 1TB Seagate. I bought a 40 gig SSD drive that I want to run WIN7 on in combination with the current drive in AHCI. Thus, I'm planning on flashing the BIOS with a Dell 2.1 SLIC since gigabyte boards don't have SLIC. I do plan on backing up my stuff and I do have a CMOS clearing switch, but I want to be safe and not sorry.
    Anyone have any trouble with flashing BIOS in such a configuration? The current OS doesn't have a SLIC and operates with a licensed version of VISTA.
    Could I brick the computer by doing this?
