With A03 BIOS - does it boot right away or you still need to press F1 to continue?

I need to press F1 the first time but after I only have warning message and it boot normally.
But with this method CPU are note recognized, only the frequency is written in the OS, and coef. regulation seems to be unworking...
How can I get the CPU microcode to update the bios ?

I have a Dell M1530 and I'd like to reduce the GPU voltages to the minimum necessary. The GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT which is a non-mxm integrated GPU. I've software modded the CPU voltages down using RMClock, but nothing I can find allows the same control over GPU voltages, and a BIOS mod would be effective whilst the computer boots.

I am restricted to BIOS A09 and earlier versions otherwise my battery doesn't charge. I'm not sure how you can safely find lower stable GPU voltages for an integrated BIOS without software to softmod. Much of the talk about BIOS modding refers to SLIC issues, I'm content with Vista, but would update SLIC if that were necessary to change GPU voltages. BIOS filename ends .rom, so I assume it's Dell Phoenix.

Is this possible or is the Dell BIOS unintelligible? Has someone written guide to integrated BIOS undervolting mods? Am I going to run into problems with encrytion and BIOS passwords?

    Help greatly appreciated.
