    Thank you DeathJr, for posted a working bios for my Optiplex 740. I've read through countless threads, but there is still something I'm missing. How do I extract the files I need from the exe? My bios won't take the -writeromfile or -writehdrfile commands. I already have a working bios, thanks again, but curiosity has gotten to me. If anyone could tell me what I'm missing I would be very grateful.

    Dell OEM CR100 Appliance server BIOS 1.1.1 SLIC 2.1 confirmed working. Server 2008 R2 shows activated.
