    You need to decompress the original bios installer & replace the original bios image with the modded one with proper renaming. Then use official flash tool to flash the modded bios.

    Hi i am new in this forum, so please don't be judgmental. i am looking for XPS 700 ver. 1.4.1 moded bios, and all the links i've found are not working. Long story short: i want to get win7 activated :tasty:. Please upload it one more time :worthy:. Thanks in advance.

    I hate to ask for one that has been done before, but all the links are dead or files removed.

    I need a slic 2.1 for a Dell Studio 1536. A06 bios if available.

    I have tried to modify it myself but keep running into errors. Namely an "Error 6 - arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow" with Phoenix Tool V2.59.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks
