    so this new bios dell use for RX20 AND RX30 series is more hard to flash :(

    true Rx30 still get bios update from dell and with windows 2016

    will test out flashing bios next week on a new fresh R720 after i enable slic and the server is still in manufacturing mode maby this can work

    but thank you for all you work/help

    Tested with my new Poweredge R720 same problem on this server :( so i think dell have change the way they update bios from old R710 / R610 / etc etc
