    was it windows 2016 you activate with this bios after manufactor reset and slic 2.3

    Thanks Serg for all the help

    I flashed the bios and then checked the version using slic toolkit, it now shows version 2.4.

    I then installed Windows Server 2012 R2 from a Dell OEM DVD, this activates fine :)

    Next I installed Windows Server 2016 using a Microsoft Eval Version and then tried to activate it using this method

    slmgr.vbs -ilc C:\DELL.xrm-ms
    slmgr.vbs -ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx

    I got the license key from here

    this fails, should this work or do I need a Dell OEM DVD for Server 2016 to activate?
