Run R109071 then either enter asset PASS:12/31 or 12/34. Reboot
Now Flash modded bios from Windows

i know Rx20 series have problems but i will test out on a R420 and see if i get the same error i had with my R720 so thanks for this new link

was it windows 2016 you activate with this bios after manufactor reset and slic 2.3

I activated 2012R2 with it. I don't have a Dell 2016. Been looking but haven't found one.
