The BIOS'es in that post are available as attachments. You need to create an account to access them. Just note that in post #63 over there, the mod to add Xeon support requires a specific motherboard revision.

You don't need to inject anything slic is already there All dell servers have slic in bios by default but if you don't order windows server software from dell when you order a new server then they disable slic so follow this and your dell will have slic 2.5 and
