Thank you coming back to me.
I think i have an understanding problem.

in my opinion: In the binaries of the SLic there should be a certificate which should match with the _Cert.xrm-ms in the OS OEM folder.
So in my opinion i have to modify the SLIC table from the Host that these Certs will match. We have an embededed license.

I guess i have to inject followng binaries:

OA20Marker.bin -> Windows marker binary data file
OA20PKSign.bin -> Signed public key file that is used for specialized motherboard BIOS tools
OA20PubKey.bin -> Public key binary data file
OACheck.exe -> Tool to check the BIOS OA2.5 implementation (Attention different version for 32-bit and 64-Bit)

    Is my guess right?

Thanks for the 2.6 screenshot. I used the phoenixtool2.73 to modify the slic2.1 to 2.6 on a T610. The tool made a T610-060600C_SLIC.HDR. How do I apply this file?
Do I extract BIOS_F2T1P_WN32_6.6.0_01.EXE manually, replace the .hdr in the Payload folder, and run spsetup.exe?

Yep that's how its done. Be sure to change the name of the new hdr file to T610-060600C.hdr

Can you please point me to a valid link for a Dell T610 with 6.6.0 bios and 2.6 slic or advise how to proceed from the actions described below.
Unhiding the 2.1 SLIC on T610 was success.
It might be useful to know the firmware and utilities versions on the system:
    PERC 6/1 Integrated (Embedded) 6.3.3.0002
    Idrac6 2.92
    BIOS 6.6.0
Dell Unified Server Configurator - Lifecycle Controller Enabled, v.1.3.0.350, A00
    UEFI 2.1
    Slic toolkit reported valid DELLPE_SC3_V2.1
I made DELLPE_SC3_V2.6.BIN with HdX Hex Editor based on a screenshot of a 2.6 SLIC.
    RW-Everything made AcpiTbls.rw
    I used phoeixtool273 with
    C:\phoenixtool273\PET610_slic2.6\BIOS_F2T1P_WN32_6.6.0_01.EXE (on a Win7x86 OS)
    C:\phoenixtool273\SLIC26\DELLPE_SC3_V2.6.BIN
    C:\phoenixtool273\PET610_slic2.6\AcpiTbls.rw

Result C:\phoenixtool273\PET610_slic2.6\T610-060600C_SLIC.HDR, then renamed to T610-060600C.hdr for use in multiple attempts to update the bios.
spsetup.exe stops with "Execution Status: The BIOS image file does not exists."
BIOS_F2T1P_WN64_6.6.0_01.EXE stops with "Update Package exits with failure! Update the KB2533623 and restart the update process"
I installed Windows Server 2008R2 Service Pack 1
    I installed windows6.1-kb2758857-x64_b717b4e2168ab84dda2eb17c71a4a1adee502ba6.msu
BIOS_F2T1P_WN64_6.6.0_01.EXE works and extracts its content to C:\ProgramData\Dell\BIOS\F2T1P
    I replaced the T610-060600C.hdr in C:\ProgramData\Dell\BIOS\F2T1P\Payload with the T610-060600C_SLIC.HDR, renamed to T610-060600C.hdr.
I clicked "INSTALL" button and BIOS update was done.
System rebooted normally, but RW everything and SLIC toolkit still report SLIC 2.1.
Forcing the system again to BIOS Manufacturing mode had no effect: still SLIC 2.1.
    Many Thanks

    Hi..

Has any progress been made in getting 2.6 slic on to replace the 2.4 in the Dell R530?

Is this still a no go?

    TIA

    @Serg008

I've been checking... if bios is 2.3.4 or 2.4.2 ... SLIC Toolkit is able to read it.
once updated to 2.17.0..it can't... but it is 2.4 SLIC in there....

Would it be possible to mod a 2.4.2 bios.. with a later table... replacing the original... and see if it will work?

    Hi,
I have a Dell Optiplex 7000SFF with Intel i7-12700 processor.
Can its BIOS be modded to use any RAM module I want and 14th gen processors?
I asked this on another forum but nobody responded.
    Any info greatly appreciated

I got here little late. Does anyone have a copy of Dell PowerEdge R940 BIOS 2.22.1?
