    Do worry to much on Everset as long as your SLIC is as it should be so be it. As you say other tools have reported it ok and others have not had any problems with this bios mod as it been tested ok.

    Hey Guys,

    Apart from the .rom file given, how would you actually go about modding it? Is there a flasher utility that we can use? Or are you guys just directly writing it into the code using hex editors?

    Could you post the information RW-Everything shows about your SLIC 2.0 ?. I can't find it in the BIOS.

    I'm starting to think you misinformed me. The Dell Dimension 9100 dates from the year 2005. Win Vista wasn't even out so I'm really doubting that you really have SLIC 2.0. Anyway, If I'm wrong please post the RW-Everything report.

    I can almost quarantee that he is wrong the xps 400/ dimension 9150 dont even have slic 2.0 Ive been trying everything to see if that bios can be modded but havent had any luck
