When trying to run M65.EXE as Administrator (+ UAC is always off + Norton AntiVirus 2010 autoprotect is disabled) >> Windows Error Popup: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. When trying to write .ROM and/or .HDR files from M65.EXE to localize the problem by comparing with the similar contents of genuine Dell M65_A10.EXE flasher: DOS Command Prompt Administrator: Command Prompt Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6002] Copyright (c) 2006 Microsoft Corporation.
