    I used DellBIOSReset.iso that is in that zip to reset my service tag. When it asked to switch I just set it back to the original tag without doing some intermediate tag. It worked and I now have the full slic table and I activate perfectly.:):)

    I just wanted to report back in to say that I also had success using this method. Thanks for getting me properly sorted out guys. I doubt I would have figured this out on my own!
