This sounds like a normal install with Dell key & icons/bitmaps.
Does this ISO have a proper Recovery???
ie, Press F3 or F8 at bootup & restore Win7 image???
Does it setup a recovery partition???

    ta.

I cannot for the life of my figure out why anyone would want a recovery disc over a regular install disc. I guess if someone wanted to just wipe and restore, but you can do that with Windows Backup.

I'm trying to implement a recovery with a empty OS partition for work.
When the end-user powers on I want it to boot into Recovery and dump the image across. Just wanted to take a look at the Dell recovery...

    Yeah, thanks for your help...

For every ones information Dell don't do recovery disks they may call them that but they are just OEM SLP full install disks no bloatware just your oem logos e.c.t.

ISO Editor to zap the language packs?

    Hey guys,

I downloaded this but it's 5Gigs and won't burn with IMGBurn - or at least it gives me a warning that it's too big. I thought I'd go in and reduce the size by deleting all the other random language packs. Does anyone know of a freeware Windows ISO editor that can edit DVD ISOs?

Alternately can someone do this and post a link?

    Thanks in advance...

UltraISO would be able to do the job just fine.

That's why I prefer Dell pc's. They always provide you with a disk that only installs the OS and no other programs. Drivers might not all be there, but go download them before installing the OS. Unlike the rest which restores your pc to factory state with all the crapware.
