to see what versions you have you need to extract install.wim from sources and then use wim mounter then you will see how many versions there are in install.wim

P.S. try extracting boot.wim again it maybe corrupt

afrer mounting install.wim its only showing vista home basic
so does it mean i cant change it to ultimate?

    Another query:-
    Urie, what is royal version?
    if i download
and add only $OEM$ folder in sources folder, does it become dell vista ultimate OEM?
coz above mentioned version have all editions in it.
sir i request you to please give me FTP link for the above hash via PM... i found torrents for that but not sure about alteration...

    respect and regards

I browse to install.wim and i have all the versions there, so what does that mean?

Buddy u r lucky, Just change the PID.TXT value with any other edition key... If u replace it with Ultimate key then ur premium dvd become ultimate and install ultimate edition...
But in dell dvd dere are 2 PID.TXT. One in sources folder and another in Boot.wim. Boot.wim can be edited by Wim Image Mounter which bro urie posted previously.. After opening Boot.wim search PID.TXT and delete it...
U can also delete PID.TXT from SOURCES folder...
