I am considering ur patch iso and xdelta.exe are in C: root itself just change it as ur location of files...just do this
here original.iso is ur original iso file... patch.delta is the patch u downloaded and new.iso is the file that is going to form

Ok..now i kept the delta patch and my ISO in the same folder and is using xdeltagui software...

Now 3 options are there in the application xdeltagui

Original File- I browsed and route my original ISO

Patch- i browsed and route my downloaded delta patch from here(both ISO and patch are kept in the same folder)

New File- what to route here.

After you download the file, Extract it into 1 folder, you will have:

    Patch.cmd
    ProWMC.Delta.Pack.x86.nfo
    ProWMC.x86.xdelta
    xdelta3.exe

Copy/move en_windows_8_x86_dvd_915417.iso and put it in this folder. Then you will have:

    Patch.cmd
    ProWMC.Delta.Pack.x86.nfo
    ProWMC.x86.xdelta
    xdelta3.exe
    en_windows_8_x86_dvd_915417.iso

Run patch.cmd and wait for a moment. then you will have a new 9200.16384.120725-1247_ProWMC_HRM_CCSA_X86FRE_EN-US_DVD.iso

Burn or mount that file and Install your Windows 8 with MCE

Try to disable Windows Defender auto protection in control pannel. And change Windows Defender Service to disable to see if it work.

That procedure is very clear stated in the attached .NFO file within the download! And if yopu didn't have an NFO Reader, just use Notepad for to open the .nfo files!

It doesn't work for me on the X64 version.

It says "The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I was just try the x86 from post #1 and was get an big surprise: Instead of getting an Windows 8 Pro WMC I was getting an Windows 8 Enterprise!

Thinking may I used the wrong ISO, I've 2 different, I used the MSDN ISO file to create a new DVD. Installed and the outcome: the exact same: Windows 8 Enterprise!

    What is wrong?

    Thanks.

I found that the 2 ISO files with the name: en_windows_8_x86_dvd_915417 are both Windows 8 Enterprise x86! Now I'm downloading from MDL and MSDN again the ISO file with same name, different size, again. Hopefully they will work. Normally I didn't use x86 anyway , it's just to check about the multipile activation of WMC using the same Key. I installed already on 2 computer with nearly identical hardware and that works. Now I like ti install in an old PC-Chips MB as x86 and just 2 GB Ram to see what will happen than.

As I had problem to use USB Stick for booting on that MB, I was burning DVD's, now already 5 which were working but as they should. OK, 1 DVD Media cost just about 0.20$ which isn't a big deal.
