desktop wont turn on Need help

    i need help on my desktop
    sometimes my pc wont turn on, i experienced it 3x
    no display in monitor> seems to be in standby mode
    no beeping sound
    lights and fan are on
    but the hardisk drive- i think its not blinking
    i need to reseat my two RAM in order for me to turn on the computer
    earlier when im using my pc, the screen froze and mouse or keyboard wont function.
    what seems to be the problem? TIA

    thanks i'll try it later, but as of now my computer is working fine.
    it's a custom build pc,
    motherboard emaxx 785gfxn
    amd phenom II 720 x3
    4gb ddr3 kingston
    500gb seagate
    radeon hd 4770

    have you, by any chance, tried to unlock the 4th core on that baby?

    if so that might be your problem..
