    Hi,

I'm recently changing my system. I have a lot of important software installed on my previous system..Is it possible that I create an image (custom recovery image) of the software and Windows like using recimg and then copy the resulting image in the new system and refreshing it to get my installed software back?

Can anyone help me with the commands for recimg?

    Regards :D

You can create image with create command mentioned by abbodi1406 & then copy that image to external disk.

Hook up an external drive to new system , use recimg /setcurrent hit Refresh and i guess you are done.

As this image will not be a generalized image, what will happen on new system only testing can tell?.....

Forget to mention that i read someware that it is currently not possible to use an image created with recimg for one hardware on different one....

Thank you everyone for your responses :D Really appreciate it :)

That's great, I've just created my CustomRefresh.wim, Can you point out how to generalize it, for deployment on the new system?
