How is it cleaner from crap? Im trying to find an article showing how Server 2016 has less privacy invading crap than W10.
I wrote crap, in general, not spyware. Meaning a lot of unnecessary things. But even speaking about the proper spyware there are a lot of differences although the final version isn't as clean as the TP were. Defender to name one, on pro and on LTSB you need to remove it forcefully either from the ISO or the installed system. On server you can just uninstall it from the server manager. A lot of GPO settings that are ignored on Pro home are working on server, and so on.
