    Hi guys on the web I found this article about how to block the activation of windows 8 will quote the article below. I'm trying.

    I did the tutorial but windows8 still request activate online by appearing a windows "genuine center". How to turn off the activation window every I use windows8? Thx in advance!

    Sorry guy, showboating without sharing is useless and pointless......:D

    If it is real, it can work for 7989 too....more evidences.... slmgr /dlv not photoshopped can confirm better....

    It's not under NDA so share through community....:D:D:D

    I don't know; but it works for me.:eek:
    try this :
    INSTALLATION:

    First:

    set your Bios clock to 25/08/2012

    Run a clean installation,

    Then:

    1. Step: Takeown "system32\slc.dll"
    2. Step: Rename slc.dll to slc_orig.dll (important!)
    3. Step: Copy SLC.dll AND msvcr100.dll to "system32\"

    What are the benefits with 7955 or what do you like about 7955 other than it is x86?

    i just have a 2 GB ram :eek:, 7955 is faster than Windows 7 SP1 x86 or Windows Vista x86 SP2,
    but 2 GB RAM for 7989 is the minimum:mad:

    The timbebomb is removed but here is pop-up windows with the activation reminders....i have trying for more times....watch out...if try to kill the activation process YOU CANNOT CONNCET TO INTERNET ANYMORE:mad:

    Pop-up windows with the activation reminder is very annoying. Desktop background is locked up also, did you guys get it unlocked?
