I was actually being sarcastic

KB2952664 is appraiser for all analytics, not just that

I know that kb2952664 was once an optional update, and it goes way back to 2015 for gwx windows 10 install? It was provided in 2016 too, can't recall why. Of course I made it a hidden update. I can not trust M$ even if they want data on spectre security

    Hey abbodi! What's up?

Should I use W10-Block.cmd in the first download link or the second(second one comes with 2 other scripts). Are they the same?

Do you have some other strategies for blocking win 7 tracking any further?

    All is alright :)

    the first
the second is oudated as the second method is not very effective

Telemetry in Win 7/8.1 is very very overrated and exaggerated
it's enough to neutralize DiagTrack service/WMI logger, and avoid Appraiser update KB2952664/KB2976978

Ok, I'm a little skeptical with corporations so I restrict svchost.exe and system to only local connections(with firewall). Feels good bro ;)

I never install KB2952664. Now I will search for KB2976978, if I installed it I will uninstall it.

but how to neutralize DiagTrack service/WMI logger?

    1. Install clean Windows 7 SP1.
    2. Download and install updates using UpdatePack7R2 / Simplix Pack
    3. enjoy it! (Am I doing it well?) :)

Still, do you need to use your script? What about Windows Spy Blocker, W10Privacy, WPD or other scripts with similar functionality? After all, I don't download telemetry so...
