Disable to show icon in notification area (system tray)

    Kindly assist me:
    How can i disable to show icon in notification area (system tray,bottom of the right corner of my computer near clock display time) WHILE PROGRAM IS RUNNING.
    DESCRIPTION:
    I HAVE OPERATION SYSTEM WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL SP2.
    WHEN I START MY COMPUTER , ICON OF A RUNNING PROGRAM LIKE ANTIVIRUS DISPLAY IN MY COMPUTER NOTIFICATION AREA NEAR CLOCK.I WANT IT DISABLE TO SHOW IN NOTIFICATION AREA PERMONENTLY.THERE IS NO OPTIONS TO DISABLE TO SHOW THIS ICON IN NOTIFICATION AREA IN THIS PROGRAM. IT RUN AUTOMATICALLY. AND I WANT TO KEEP IT RUNNING BUT ICON SHOULD NOT DISPLAY IN THE NOTIFICATION AREA WHENEVER I START MY COMPUTER.

    Thx Skylark , but remember i want ... program is running and i want to remove icon of that running program from system tray. like a spy program. even when i start such program next the icon should not show in the system tray.
    Can u tell me more about it.?
