This one works and you also could edit the scanmap.

Yep, the Winkey trick still works, I checked.
If we are speaking about disabling the certain sequence.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

Weird, it doesn't work for me on the anniversary update at all. are you on pro or enterprise?
By the way are you the guy who made WinAero?

Sorry, I might of missed it but are you talking about Keyboard Filter?

Yes I talked about KeyboardFilter (only Enterprise) (can block combinations or single keys, like Crtl+Alt+Del)
Than there is the RegValue (HB860) (Blocks whole key?! - never used it - only explorer?)
And there is the scanmap (keyboard layout) in registry which you could customize (there is a 3rd party tool - with scanmap edit you can change/block/disablel whole permanent)

Do you mind giving me a link to the 3rd party tool, google gives nothing.

You can also use winkill to completely disabled the winkey as well.

Also I found out that Win+F might be "hardcoded" or something since thats one of the keys I can't bind.

Win+T was unbinded successfully after further inspection, so it does in fact work, but not completely I guess.

Also, thank you guys for all your help.
