Disabling hibernation

    so how does one go about keeping hibernate but disabling the fast shutdown/fast boot option which doesn't really totally shutdown? just disable fast boot from the power options and that's it?

    I don't want to use C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /s /t 0 everytime I want to shut down

    if you wanna let Fast Shutdown Enabled and sometime you have to make a real shutdown, just hold down SHIFT key while click in Shutdown and it will perform a true shutdown

    Yes. I turn on the option to show hibernate and turn off fast startup.
