    Modern Task Manager does work

    It is a conflicting redpill

    sCooby^'s new patches and tools modify the new taskmanager
    Please revert it to its original state or, re-install windows 8 and apply this to a non-modified windows 8 :)

    The unlock of 1.3 and 1.4 are the same

    The only thing new in BluePill 1.4 is change Ugly Man Logon Screen :)

    yep, thanks, so if i use 1.4, no problems just last option?
    i mean does'nt create i conflicts if i've already applied 1.3....

    maybe 'll be great only a update for all already applied 1.3...

    Anyway you did a very great job, very appreciated....

    I have run Option 3 with Version 1.4 to Change my Login Picture (size 1920x1080) the file has been changed yes.
    But i see only the ugly guy why ? what is wrong my display use (1920x1080) !!!

    This Post should be sticked! bluepill is turning out to be awesome Option 3 worked like a charm. And by far After a clean install i've had no problems.
    I'll also say for the next revision of bluepill the patched explorerframe.dll should be added

    IMO Bluepill for 8* = WOAT for W7

    Please Clean-Install :)

    And make sure that the pic you are pointing to is 1920x1080 and your path is correct:)

    Not working here either.

    I've resized my pic to 1360x768, saved it as img2.jpg in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Custom
    When it asks for the path I tried
    Code:
    C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Custom
    and
    Code:
    C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Custom\img2.jpg
    It's the only file in that folder. Still just seeing the ugly dude.. I wanna call him Ralf for some reason..

    yeah,

    welcome ralf.....here instead no way to see him.....nor with blue pill 1.4, neither manually.....(the f**K picture of him is in the right place)
    First time i mess something, now the battery icon shows no energy....but is ok...

    Reel i give my blue screen for Ralf....?

    Think that we are in pre-beta, so this stuff happens.....

    Anyway, enjoying 7955 build ......

    Guys,

    I think I found a fix

    Patch 1920x1080, Let Windows Resize :D

    So Use option 3
    select 1920x1080
    point it to path
    Let the image be 1920x1080 :)

    Rename authext.dll to authext.blu and authext.dll.old to authext.dll ;)

    Running v1.4 and it does NOT WORK! Now it's just a plain blue screen instead of the ugly guy, the image is the right size :/

    Sure, you didn't just lock it? The Lock screen is plain blue, the Login screen is the ugly dude. I wish I could get a plain blue login screen.. hell anything besides THAT guy.

    I turned on CTRL+ALT+DELETE and the horrible guy is back. This don't work :/
