    IKEv2 yes - I lose around 10% of original speed...

    Lithuanians... They used to be in the Netherlands but now they are back to Lithuania...

    Not sure but their state is in the back pocket of the neocons (US and UK)... I wish it hasn't a "5 eyes" connection, I wish they are doing it in spite of them, to give us proper security - but one never knows, does one...??
