Thanks bud, I'm just starting to get into it. Downloaded Macrium today to ease HDD-to-SSD transfer on my trusty 15-year-old laptop. The 15-year-old HDD was getting noticeably slower. I have to work with this home computer during the upcoming week, and I wondered if the HDD would survive it. Theoretically, the SSD swap might qualify as procrastination, but at least the work week will be more pleasant without sitting there watching the HDD spin. The SSD actually makes it my fastest Win 7 machine ( with only 4gb RAM ! ). For Win 7, it's SSD first, RAM second, processor third. Now I feel like I have a new computer! The RAM upgrade will arrive in a few days.
Librewolf Version 144.0 github.com/e3kskoy7wqk/Firefox-for-windows-7/releases/tag/144.0 Works flawlessly w/Aero Glass No VxKex/VxKex Next required I've come across additional LibreWolf releases in this repository: github.com/adeii/supermium-portable/releases I've seen this repo posted multiple times here but there have been many Windows 7 patched apps released since it was last mentioned.
it looks like database is corrupt, also there is a pagination issue when you click the last page and no messages are displayed.
I think the database needs a consistency check, there are only three posts on page 41. It would possibly mean a downtime, though.
Something will need to be done with the database before things get out of hand. More and more threads seem to be having issues as the days go by.
Since you guys mentioned, which would be the best, balance of up-to-date, stability/security browser for w7 based on Firefox? 1. R3fox 140 esr 2. Firefox 140 esr port by Blaukovitch 3. Firefox 140 esr port by chinese master student 4. Other? I currently use latest Waterfox which hasn't been updated for at least 2 years, so I would like a more up-to-date, but still secure/privacy-oriented and stable browser.
