Just curious if any one has put an image on a flash drive and successfully restored either a laptop or a desktop PC from it? Do you think it is OK to do it that way?
which image : disk image ? [ Captured via which medium ] either syspreped wim or macrium terabyte clonezilla etc etc based images. actualy what function do you want imaging medium to perform for you ? again stating so as not for confusion imaging source not the image itself. If forensics we always state them into two scenarios Live Imaging or Dead source imaging { Crime Scene Forensic Analysis }
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of acronis true image 2019 bootable from a safe site? If not, Can someone upload a copy of it from nsane plz. I would greatly appreciate it.
Hi, I usually use acronis true image 2019 when imaging my PCs. The machines I used it on were Asus laptop and a homemade PC which I built. Never had any issues imaing or restoring using acronis. I just bought a new Lenovo laptop and want to image it but wasnt able to do it using acronis for some unknown reason. For those of you who do image PCs and have a Lenovo machine, which imaging software do you use and had success with doing both imaging / restoring plz? TIA
