Somebody even points out not all languages are available for that build in previous post. In fact, the RTM term has been dropped by Microsoft for the simple reason Windows is now more of a service than manufacturing.
Surely the RTM has all the language while the previous builds had some missing. Then I can't be sure that 393 is the RTM (assuming the term has still some meaning). It could be a sort of RC, with 100% of the "final" functionalities.
Somebody said earlier the language is not complete with regards to the LP's, etc. Microsoft insiders even dispute the use of the term presently while looking at what Windows 10 is gradually changing into as a service.
2 August = 2/8 = 2+8 = 10 19 = 1+9 = 10 Whoever is in charge of release dates at Microsoft needs a slap and just told to make it as soon as possible and not bother with these cutesy dates.
